At Alta Psychology, we are dedicated to providing evidence-based psychological services to adolescents and adults across Ontario. Our services are confidential, accessible (in-person and virtual), and bilingual (English/French). We are committed to providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore, grow, and reach your personal goals.
Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to learn more about our services. During this consultation, you will speak directly with a psychologist to help you determine whether our services are the right fit for you. Our goal is to help you find the services that will be the most helpful based on your goals and needs.
As a registered member of the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), I offer evidence-based psychological services to adolescents and adults across Ontario. My practice, rooted in a mission to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to reach their personal goals, offers both assessment and individual psychotherapy services. I have clinical experience working in various clinical settings, including private practice, community-based agencies, an inpatient psychiatric unit, and a post-secondary institution.

A psychological assessment can help you better understand your strengths and needs. Typically, an assessment consists of clinical interviews, standardized measures and questionnaires, observations, and a review of relevant reports and documentation (when available and necessary). Based on the results of the assessment, you will be provided with recommendations and options to help you determine what kind of support you would like to access. A diagnostic psychological assessment is not necessary to access individual psychotherapy sessions, but may be helpful if you are looking for diagnostic clarification and help with treatment planning.
Our psychotherapy sessions are designed to help you improve your mental health and well-being. We use evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), along with elements of other therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based strategies. A collaborative approach is used to understand your unique needs and goals, and to better support you in reaching meaningful change.
Individuals who have experienced a psychological injury as a result of a workplace incident may be eligible for a psychological assessment and evidence-based, outcome-focused treatment through WSIB's Community Mental Health Program. If your mental health claim is approved by WSIB, the fees for psychological services will be billed directly to WSIB.
Canadian Armed Forces Veterans may be eligible for treatment for service-related mental health conditions such as anxiety and depressive disorders, or trauma-and-stressor-related disorders. If your mental health benefits have been approved, the fees for psychological services will be billed directly to Medavie Blue Cross and/or PCVRS.
If you require urgent support, please call 988 or your local crisis intervention services.
